About Annette
Annette Perone Leiber has built a celebrated practice around close observation, material curiosity, and an enduring belief in art's power to illuminate.
An award-winning artist from Addison, Illinois, her work moves freely among painting, printmaking, collage, scratchboard, and sculpture. Natural forms, landscapes, memory, and microscopic structures become starting points for expressive experiments in color, texture, and line.
Her contribution extends well beyond the studio. As founder of the Addison Center for the Arts, she helped create a place for artists to exhibit, learn, and gather—strengthening the creative life of her community while earning more than 200 awards across her career.
